• 9.5.3 ติดต่อเลื่อนตั๋วก่อนวันเวลาเดินทางตามหน้าตั๋ว น้อยกว่า 3 ชม.เลื่อนตั๋วไม่ได้ และ บริษัทฯขอสงวน สิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงินค่าตั๋ว
  9.5.3 Amendments cannot be made less than 3 hours before scheduled departure time. Nakhonchai Air reserves the right not to issue refunds or exchanges to amendments made less than 3 hours before scheduled departure time.
• 9.4 หากตั๋วที่เลื่อนมีราคาสูงขึ้นลูกค้าต้องจ่ายค่าส่วนต่างเพิ่ม และหากตั๋วที่เลื่อนมีราคาถูกลงทางบริษัทฯขอสงวน สิทธิ์ไม่คืนส่วนต่าง
  9.4 If the amended ticket is more expensive, the difference must be paid for in full. However, if the amended ticket is less, Nakhonchai Air reserves the right not to refund the difference.
• 10.2 คืนตั๋วล่วงหน้ามากกว่า 24 ชม.(นับจากเวลาหน้าตั๋ว) หักค่าธรรมเนียม 20% ของราคาตั๋วโดยสาร (หากตั๋วเคยเลื่อนการเดินทางมาแล้ว หักค่าธรรมเนียม 50% )
  10.2. If the passenger cancels more than 24 hours from the bus departure time then Nakhonchai Air charges 20% of the price of the ticket
• 9.1 การเลื่อนตั๋วต้องติดต่อเลื่อนตั๋วที่หน้าช่องจำหน่ายตั๋วศูนย์บริการนครชัยแอร์เท่านั้นไม่สามารถเลื่อนตั๋ว ด้วยช่องทางอื่นได้และลูกค้าต้องนำตั๋วเดินทางมาด้วย
  9.1 Tickets can only be amended in person at our ticket office at the Nakhonchai Air Service Station. The ticket purchaser must be present.
• 10.1 การคืนตั๋วต้องติดต่อหน้าช่องจำหน่ายตั๋ว ศูนย์บริการนครชัยแอร์เท่านั้น ไม่สามารถคืนตั๋วด้วยช่องทางอื่นได้ และลูกค้าต้องนำตั๋วเดินทางและสำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนมาด้วย และชื่อต้องตรงตามหน้าตั๋ว
  10.1. Tickets can only be cancelled by themselves at our ticket office at the Nakhonchai Air Service Station only (unable to cancel tickets via phone or online). The ticket purchaser must be present in person with the same name as written on the ticket. Documents needed are.
